New Zealand orders: No, we ship through New Zealand using Non-signature parcels (this parcel is still tracked).  If you wish to order with us using signature we can arrange this, please contact  dispatch@slyguild.com for more info.

International orders: Yes, all international orders are shipped using tracked parcels that will need to be signed for on delivery. 

Yes, of course.  All payments are done safe and securely through Paypal. No credit card information is shared or recorded. If you don't have a credit card or yours isn't working for some reason. Please contact dispatch@slyguild.com and we can arrange an alternative payment.

Yes, Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags.

To complete your return, we require a order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue you with store credit. Shipping costs are not responsible by Sly Guild - All shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returns will be re-sent out by Sly Guild free of charge.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
