All payments are made in New Zealand Dollars.
If an item of clothing does not fit or isn't the right colour, We will exchange this no questions asked. If the alternative size/colour is not in stock. We will issue you with Store Credit.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your send out date, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags. If there is evidence that the garment has been worn to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product the customer loses the right to carry out an exchange. It needs to have all original packaging with all swing tickets attached. We do not hold the responsibility of the return being lost when shipped back to us, so when sending back make sure you send it with a traceable method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and we will issue you with store credit. If the item does not meet our criteria your item will be returned back to you with an email explaining why this garment can not be exchanged.
Shipping costs are not responsible by Sly Guild - All shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returns will be re-sent out by Sly Guild free of charge.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
If you wish to return a Sly Guild garment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number handy and a small explanation of the reason why you are wanting to return the product.
If your product is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible.
On arrival the faulty item will be inspected, we will notify you that we have received your parcel. Once your order has been approved we will be able to resend a new garment in the same style or issue you with a refund/store credit.
If the faulty product is approved we will refund return shipping costs. Receipt of your shipping costs will be needed for this return.
